About the Role

Brio Benefit Consulting, a subsidiary of Alera Group, Inc., is seeking a highly skilled Retirement Solutions Client Service Associate to join their Employee Benefits Team.

This is a hybrid role that can be based out of our New York office or performed remotely for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional support to all retirement plan clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Client Communication: Interact with clients to provide information, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complex Problem-Solving: Lead the response to complex client and customer inquiries, non-routine problems, and ensure client satisfaction with providers, third-party administrators, and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Retirement Solutions Group team to ensure needs are met and potential problems are proactively averted.
  • Client Record Management: Build and maintain accurate client records in the clients' fiduciary briefcase.
  • Quarterly Reporting: Complete and distribute quarterly investment reports to clients.
  • Investment Changes: Work with recordkeeping partners to facilitate any required investment changes.
  • RFP Management: Initiate and fulfill RFPs (Requests for Proposals) as needed.
  • Special Projects: Complete special client-facing projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Experience: Bachelor's Degree
  • Licenses: Securities and/or Insurance Licensing is desirable
