Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer/Project Sales Rep to join our team at GPAC, a leading recruitment company in the Mechanical industry.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales of our project solutions. As a Business Developer/Project Sales Rep, you will be the face of our company, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Identify, estimate, sell, and execute projects based on customers' needs.
- Work with National Accounts to secure and execute project-based on leads provided.
- Proven track record in project sales and project management with the HVAC and/or Plumbing fields.
- Mechanical and HVAC background in Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional markets preferred but not required.
- Strong sales ability required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass drug and background screens.
