Job Title: Business Developer/Project Sales Rep

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer/Project Sales Rep to join our team at GPAC, a leading recruitment company in the Mechanical industry.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales of our project solutions. As a Business Developer/Project Sales Rep, you will be the face of our company, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Identify, estimate, sell, and execute projects based on customers' needs.
  • Work with National Accounts to secure and execute project-based on leads provided.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in project sales and project management with the HVAC and/or Plumbing fields.
  • Mechanical and HVAC background in Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional markets preferred but not required.
  • Strong sales ability required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to pass drug and background screens.
