Position Overview:

GDIT's Strategy and Performance Group (SPG) seeks a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the creation and implementation of impactful, integrated marketing initiatives that support a federal organization dedicated to international trade and law enforcement. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing and communications teams, technical experts, and senior management to deliver top-tier marketing solutions. The role requires adept multitasking in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Design and implement engaging marketing campaigns that align with strategic objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities; develop and deliver campaign materials.
  • Create content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, thought leadership pieces, briefings, video scripts, and other promotional materials.
  • Consult with and manage external vendors and marketing agencies to produce program content, including marketing videos and advertisements.
  • Build collaborative relationships with federal program experts, business development teams, and program leadership.
  • Lead and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings across various platforms (Teams, Webex, in-person) with diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain a Level 5 public trust clearance following a background investigation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, brand management, or public relations.
  • Experience in a federal government context, particularly in international trade or law enforcement (preferred).
  • Proficiency in developing and executing cross-channel marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for web content, articles, white papers, and other marketing materials.
  • Experience collaborating with vendors and agencies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on results and impact.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating accountability for tasks and deliverables.
  • Comfortable engaging in brainstorming and problem-solving discussions.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.
  • US citizenship is required.
  • This is a hybrid role requiring regular onsite presence.

Compensation: The expected salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750, based on experience and location.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week
