Position Overview:
The Senior Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in leading pursuit strategies, developing engaging proposals, and managing client-facing materials across both print and digital platforms. This role also entails providing management, marketing, and graphic support for a designated brokerage team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of pursuit strategies and marketing plans in close collaboration with leadership and other team members.
- Drive initiatives that enhance marketing efforts and align with team objectives.
- Conceptualize, write, design, and deliver proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage assignments from initial concept through to completion.
- Create new materials as necessary to support business development activities.
- Maintain marketing collateral, resources, and information systems to support the marketing team's efforts and streamline requests.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members on special projects to elevate the quality of marketing efforts.
- Work strategically with senior leadership to craft compelling strategies and narratives.
- Efficiently produce clear infographics, schedules, and organizational charts related to pursuits.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4+ years of marketing experience.
- Prior experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
- Experience in the A/E/C or CRE industry is required.
- High proficiency in InDesign and Acrobat.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of foundational graphic design principles (hierarchy, color theory, space, font selection, balance, alignment, etc.) for developing both short and long-form materials.
- Knowledge of basic printing and binding techniques is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate and manage various projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing capabilities.
- Ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters.

Compensation:
Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000
