This pivotal role involves the management of strategic program oversight, enhancement of processes, and governance for business process reengineering (BPRE) initiatives. The ideal candidate will spearhead transformative projects designed to elevate customer satisfaction and boost operational productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Business Transformation initiatives within the Operations sector.
  • Formulate and execute phased strategies and adoption frameworks to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and priorities.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with business stakeholders, gaining insights into their requirements and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to devise effective solutions.
  • Develop and uphold project documentation in accordance with industry standards and pertinent regulations.
  • Guide team members in project management methodologies, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement.
  • Deliver timely financial performance and forecasting reports, working closely with business and financial project managers.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to improve operational efficiencies and minimize costs.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong business insight with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate complex information.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage coordination and execution at both strategic and detailed levels across various teams and projects.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in program and project management, with practical experience from project initiation to implementation utilizing formal methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management, procurement, and financial systems such as MS Project, Ariba On Demand, and SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the rail, airline, or transportation sectors is highly valued.
