About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Insight Direct UK Ltd. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategic plans to meet their needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our clients' purchasing spend into new products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop complex solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales pipeline management to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on our solutions, partnerships, and industry trends to provide expert advice to our clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, MBA, or master's degree preferred.
  • 1-15+ years of technical sales experience with a proven track record in selling high-end technical solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Professional training and certifications in sales and partner management, complex sales training, sales methodologies, effective marketing tactics, negotiation, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert knowledge in channel management and solution sales.
  • Experience with reports, proposals, statements of work, and/or business correspondence.
