Job Summary

The Public Health Management Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the operations of the SAFE Program. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, management, and communication skills to oversee program operations, collaborate with partners, and provide coaching support to staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Operations
    • Provide daily management of program activities, including coordination with partners and staff.
    • Ensure timely program deliverables and maintain program integrity through fidelity assurance measures.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with funders, partners, providers, and project staff to ensure effective communication and efficient program implementation.
    • Collaborate with community partners to establish referral collaborations and ensure accurate and timely submission of program fidelity forms.
  • Staff Supervision and Development
    • Conduct regular coaching supervision of SAFE and SafeCare staff, including case review and oversight of SafeCare model delivery.
    • Assist Program Coordinator in use of program materials, fidelity tracking, partner referrals, and other written documentation.
  • Program Evaluation and Reporting
    • Assist with evaluating the effectiveness of services and completing program reports and other written documentation for funders and partners.
    • Maintain accurate records according to grant funding requirements and observe HIPAA requirements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in social work required.
  • Experience
    • At least three years of demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and lead staff.
    • Demonstrated experience working with health care providers, and knowledge of issues related to victims of domestic violence, child development, child abuse prevention, and child-parent interaction.
  • Skills
    • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to collaborate closely with outside partners and advocate for client and community strengths and needs.
    • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, time management, and professional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Home visiting experience.
  • Knowledge of domestic violence and social service agencies and resources in Philadelphia.
  • Knowledge of public health theories, principles, and practices.
