Job Overview

The Healthcare Facility Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the Health Care Unit at EAST FALLS HEALTHCARE LLC.

This position involves managing, coordinating, and supervising all functions carried out by the Health Care Unit. The Administrator is responsible for establishing standards and processes that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as guidelines governing long-term care facilities, to guarantee the highest quality of care for residents.

  • Supervise and manage all business-related activities for the skilled nursing facility.
  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the daily operations of the facility, including its programs and activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards as a premier provider through the implementation and monitoring of quality systems and processes.
  • Oversee Annual State Surveys (inspections).
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and planning functions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective healthcare programs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patient care.
  • Establish, review, and enforce healthcare policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with current regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Must hold a valid Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hospital or long-term care facility.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of long-term care operational standards as outlined in the Federal Register, Requirements of Participation.
