About the Role

The Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Motor Vehicle Direct Client Service Specialist I. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process reinstatements and various reports, including driving records and accident reports
  • Collect and process fees for transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service to Vermonters
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience in a customer or client service role
  • Ability to work in a public-facing role and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in computer programs and point-of-sale systems
