A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

In the role of Sales Support Specialist, you will leverage your abilities to persuade clients to subscribe to services that cater to their needs. You will work alongside the Outside Sales team to generate leads and set appointments through phone interactions. Comprehensive support and training will be provided by regional managers. Proficient data entry skills are essential for documenting customer engagements and call activities in our system. Additionally, you will assist the administrative team by managing incoming calls for scheduling and addressing concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week
