Executive Assistant

Job Summary:
GPAC is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Partner in the Personal Injury department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be able to perform high-level tasks to alleviate executive workload.
Daily Tasks:
- Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence.
- Draft letters and documents, collect and analyze information, and initiate telecommunications.
- Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Process information as requested from records, email, and other related documents and summarize when needed.
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments with specific agendas.
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong command of the logistics of office workflow.
- Strong emotional intelligence and calming demeanor.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- At least three years of executive assistant experience.
- Experience managing multiple calendars.
- Willing to work some weekends and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must type at least 40 words per minute.
