We're seeking an Executive Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our VPs of Digital Media and Document Cloud Design.

Your role will be to maintain calendars, coordinate scheduling, manage staff meetings and commitments, arrange domestic and international travel, process business expenses and purchase orders, and work across Adobe on behalf of other executives.

You'll partner with Team Ops Program Managers in managing VP's discretionary budget, support special projects including event management, coordinating client meetings, social and team building activities, and assist direct staff and others in the department as needed.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain flexible and manage expectations in ambiguous or challenging situations.

You'll also need to handle confidential information with integrity, exercise discretion, and be reliable and accessible during normal working hours and available out of hours as needed.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, you'll be able to juggle multiple demands simultaneously and work enthusiastically across organizations and with diverse personalities.
