About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Conserva Irrigation. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and delivering world-class service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the general operation of the office, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing customer interactions.
  • Provide administrative support in lead generation, customer loyalty, accounting, and daily office procedures.
  • Manage customer mailings, incoming mail, and email, as well as maintain databases and update reports.
  • Order inventory and supplies, and coordinate the installation and service department.
  • Supervise office staff to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely fashion.
  • Exposure to customized Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Problem-solving skills and systematic approach.
  • Exposure to QuickBooks Online is a plus.
