Orthopaedic Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team of professionals at Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our physicians and healthcare professionals.

• Provide clinical and administrative assistance to our healthcare team
• Support patients with exceptional care, ensuring their needs are met and they receive satisfactory clinical services
• Ensure the clinic runs smoothly, maintaining high-quality and timely services
• Verify patient information, take vital signs, and chart patient data
• Relay instructions to patients, educate them on medication and treatment information, and answer questions
• Record billing information, complete insurance forms, and respond to third-party inquiries
• Schedule new and established appointments for surgical procedures

• Medical Assistant diploma and/or Certification (RMA/CMA) from an accredited institution, preferred
• 2 years' experience in an outpatient clinic environment or orthopedic setting, preferred
• Strong skills in MS Office and EMR software
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary medicine environment and with multiple providers
