We are an entrepreneurial support organization dedicated to driving innovation and entrepreneurship through comprehensive support and resources. Our global presence enables us to foster dynamic innovation ecosystems, providing top-tier consulting, commercialization training, networking opportunities, access to capital, mentorship, and showcasing opportunities to scalable ventures and small businesses.
Our past performance has led to funding from world-class organizations, including the U.S. Small Business Administration, U.S. Economic Development Administration, Arkansas Economic Development Commission, Korea Institute For Startups & Entrepreneurship, and many others.
We are a small team of highly skilled professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking to build our tribe with a driven individual who shares our Core Values.

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead our Lithium Regional Innovation Cluster, which is part of our recent SBA Regional Innovation Cluster (RIC) award to accelerate the clean energy and electric vehicle (EV) transition. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders across the lithium value chain, fostering entrepreneurial activity, and driving forward critical milestones for the RIC.
The successful candidate will be required to relocate to Union County or Columbus County, Arkansas. This is a beautiful, very affordable, and growing area.
Benefits:- Competitive salary of $115,000 plus health benefits (100% health and dental premium covered). Unlimited upside financial opportunities and bonuses available.

- Summit Development: Play a key role in supporting and expanding the Lithium Innovation Summit, a flagship event in the cluster.
- Venture Onboarding: Onboard at least five new venture companies into the Lithium RIC per month, providing them with the support and resources needed to thrive.
- Venture Company Engagement: Ensure monthly touchpoints with at least two existing RIC venture companies.
- Strategic Partnerships: Onboard at least two new strategic partners per quarter to strengthen the ecosystem.
- Subject Matter Expert Network: Establish the Advanced Subject Matter Expert (SME) Network within the first two months. Onboard at least one new SME or mentor each month and touch base with at least two existing SME/mentors per month thereafter.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual narrative reports highlighting RIC activities and achievements.
- Metrics Tracking: Assist with the collection and tracking of key metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Relocation: Must relocate to Union County or Columbus County, Arkansas.
- Travel: Willingness to occasionally travel throughout the Smackover Formation (Northeast Texas, Southern Arkansas, Northern Louisiana, and West Mississippi).
