Regional Sales Development Officer

Sage Oil Vac is a leading provider of fluid exchange equipment and services, and we are seeking a talented Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within your designated territory.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers. If you have a proven track record in sales, particularly in industrial equipment or B2B environments, and a strong understanding of fluid handling equipment and systems, we would love to hear from you.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on experience). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, accident, retirement, and PTO.
ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and identify new business opportunities.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Sage Oil Vac's product offerings, including fluid exchange equipment, and be able to effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of these products to potential customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years' experience in the Equipment Selling market, with a proven track record in sales.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and manage time effectively.
- Abilities: Willingness to travel within the designated territory and occasionally outside the territory for meetings and events.
