Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at State Farm Agency - New Orleans. This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in insurance sales and develop long-term client relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. You will also establish and maintain client relationships, conduct needs analysis, and promote and sell insurance products to existing and new clients.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive minimum salary of $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on experience, licensing, and performance
- Bonuses and commissions paid on sales performance once licensed
- Paid time off (vacation)
- Retirement plan available after one year of service
Requirements:
- Property & Casualty license required, with completion and passing of exams within 40 days of hire date
- Life & Health license also required, with completion and passing of exams within 40 days of hire date
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and quotas
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
