Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries
  • Convert sales leads into orders
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Provide product information and pricing details
  • Process sales orders and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives
  • Support regional sales managers
  • Occasional travel to local or out-of-state locations

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise software is a plus
