Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team at Targeted Talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and encourage their team to achieve quotas.


About the Role

The VP of Sales Leadership will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the Sales Department, building the sales pipeline, and providing leadership to the sales team. This includes hiring and training regional and local sales managers, organizing schedules and territories, conducting performance evaluations, and handling discipline and termination of employees.


Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and train regional and local sales managers and staff.
  • Organize and oversee the schedules, territories, and performance of regional and local sales managers.
  • Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least two years of sales leadership experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
