About the Role:

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales quotas, building relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing effective business plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Sales Excellence: Achieve sales targets, market share growth, and other business objectives within cardiology.
  • Customer Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with cardiologists and specialists through daily calls and networking activities.
  • Business Analytics and Planning: Utilize expertise in business analytics, marketplace dynamics, and clinical knowledge to develop and implement compliant and efficient business plans.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage technology to analyze sales results, track outcomes, and update customer account documentation efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, fostering open communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience in the healthcare industry.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel 100% throughout the specified territory.
  • Residence in the specified geography or willingness to relocate.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
