About the Job
We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Department at Magic Seasoning Blends, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in promoting our products and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Sell and promote Magic Seasoning Blends products
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Convert sales leads into orders
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Provide product information and pricing details
- Process sales orders and prepare reports
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives
- Support regional sales managers
- Occasional travel to local or out-of-state locations
Requirements and Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise software is a plus
