Position Summary:
We are in search of a Dispatcher to efficiently manage and organize customer installation and service requests, foster and sustain customer relationships, and effectively dispatch our skilled installers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding service and installation requests.
- Organize and schedule customer installation and service appointments by coordinating with installers and technicians.
- Ensure that all documentation from field operations is completed and processed promptly.
- Collaborate proactively across various departments and assist both internal and external customers as necessary, including serving as a sales resource.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and perform well under pressure.
- Quick thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in overcoming objections, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
