Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Savers | Value Village. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. You'll work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales floor team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, donors, and other team members.
  • Support the sales floor team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process customer transactions and handle returns and exchanges.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, donors, and team members.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: You'll need to be able to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations.
