Position Summary:
We are in search of a Dispatcher who will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling customer installation and service requests, fostering and maintaining customer relationships, and efficiently dispatching installers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding service and installation.
- Organize and schedule customer installation and service requests by assigning installers and technicians.
- Ensure that all documentation from the field is completed and processed promptly.
- Collaborate proactively and communicate effectively across departments, assisting both internal and external customers as necessary, including serving as a sales resource.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
- Quick thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in overcoming objections, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
