Position Summary:
We are in search of a Dispatcher who will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling customer installation and service requests, fostering and maintaining customer relationships, and efficiently dispatching installers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding service and installation.
  • Organize and schedule customer installation and service requests by assigning installers and technicians.
  • Ensure that all documentation from the field is completed and processed promptly.
  • Collaborate proactively and communicate effectively across departments, assisting both internal and external customers as necessary, including serving as a sales resource.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
  • Quick thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skilled in overcoming objections, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
