About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to family carers in Norfolk, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage calls from family carers and determine the correct level of support required
  • Undertake low-level carer assessments, complete action plans, and follow up with family carers as needed
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information, advice, and guidance to family carers
  • Ensure all information is recorded accurately and timely on our case management system
  • Build positive relationships with other professionals and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong customer service ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
