- Teamwork: Collaborate with branch staff to achieve team goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
