Job Description

As a key member of the Pictet Asset Management (USA) Corp. team, you will play a critical role in managing, building, and maintaining existing client relationships in the U.S. sub-advisory market. This includes working closely with the Head of US Intermediaries and other team members to drive business growth and raise assets to contribute to the team's commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships in the U.S. sub-advisory market
  • Drive business growth and raise assets to contribute to the team's commercial targets
  • Lead business development efforts and maintain ongoing relationships with existing investors and prospects
  • Act as a critical link in client coordination matters and ensure that clients receive a high standard of service and communication
  • Maintain internal relationships with several teams, including Operations, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field of study
  • Two (2) years of experience with U.S. sub-advisory mandates, sourcing deals, pitching, due-diligence, requests for proposal (RFP), term negotiations, closings, and board approvals
  • Experience working with U.S. offshore platform gatekeepers to onboard European-domiciled UCITS funds
  • Experience selling European-domiciled UCITS funds to U.S. offshore financial advisors
  • Knowledge of the European-domiciled UCITS fund regime's regulatory framework, including agreements signing, AML KYC documentation, and KYD due-diligence processes
Salary Information

Minimum Salary: 72,072

Maximum Salary: 165,000

Salary Unit: Yearly
