  • Champion and drive a culture of high performance, innovation, and accountability while maintaining operational excellence
  • Manage all talent management cycles in partnership with the Compensation team
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring demands, including retaining top-tier talent and partnering with the Compensation teams on hiring ranges
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to create and sustain positive employee experiences, championing initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and ensure a positive and inclusive culture
  • Partner with HR leadership and the internal legal team to respond to all levels of employee relations matters and investigate complaints
  • Support ongoing and proactively assess and recommend new HR initiatives based upon business needs
About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional with 7+ years of experience, a proven track record of successfully creating, leading, and implementing strategic HR programs and initiatives. You will have a strong focus on thought leadership and partnership with leaders to achieve business objectives.

  • 7+ years Human Resources experience
  • Experience successfully creating, leading, and implementing strategic HR programs and initiatives
  • Proven experience and ability to influence leaders with a strong focus on thought leadership and partnership with leaders to achieve business objectives
  • Ability to be a strategic self-starter while providing hands-on experience and execution
  • Strong strategic thinking and data analytical skills to identify opportunities for business impact
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
