Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Painting Sales Associate to join our team at CertaPro Painters of NW Richmond and Midlothian. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new business, meeting with potential clients, and managing painting projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilize company-generated leads and your own self-generated leads to obtain appointments for painting estimates
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers in their homes to provide customized proposals
  • Collaborate with potential customers to understand their painting needs and build lasting relationships
  • Manage painting projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Work closely with Paint Crews to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with customers regularly to provide updates through job completion and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Consistently hit weekly appointment and sales goals
  • Following up with customers

Required Skills:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior sales experience in the construction or painting industry is preferred
  • 2+ year degree in a related field is preferred
  • History of accomplishments and promotions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Compensation:

A competitive base salary ($45,000 - $60,000 per year), commissions, and bonuses, plus a profit-sharing plan, health insurance stipend, paid time off, and flexible schedule.
