Business Development Manager, Government Relations

EAB is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager, Government Relations to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving productive partner interactions and ensuring the success of government recruitment initiatives.
In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with internal departments to support the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns, including creative content, audience selection, data intake and return, and campaign reporting/analysis.
With excellent communication skills and a strong ability to present ideas clearly and concisely, you will act as a trusted ally to partners, serving as an extension of their recruitment office and primary point of contact for daily needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and 2+ years' of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
Salary: $60,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
