We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Store Manager - Automotive Paint and Supply. As the primary point of contact for customers in the PBE (paint, body & equipment) and Industrial Coatings market, you will be responsible for leading and profitably managing all operational aspects of your assigned retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including daily cash drawers and bank deposits.
  • Analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members.
  • Optimize inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing waste.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, enforcing compliance with company and government regulations.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also provide exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the automotive refinishing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of paint technology and application methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
