About the Role

As a Sales Manager at Dominion Payroll, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion. Located in Richmond, VA, this position offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading independent payroll company with a strong track record of innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by developing and executing strategic business plans to expand our customer base and sales quotas.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members, while guiding, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Maintain and build relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales growth and customer retention.
  • Support the sales team in handling strategy, provide ongoing training, and represent the company's vision and core values within the organization and community.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus uncapped and rich commission plan that can significantly boost your earnings potential. Additionally, you will receive automobile and cell phone allowances, as well as President's Club benefits.
