Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Office Services Lead I is accountable for delivering operational and performance oversight to the LMS workforce at designated locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all site activities align with scheduled objectives. The individual will provide direction and training, ensuring that quality and output meet both LMS and Client standards. The incumbent is expected to operate independently on a daily basis, managing the details necessary to comply with LMS policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and/or coordinate all site-specific operational tasks.
  • Manage, organize, and coordinate assigned workloads while liaising with LMS personnel and resources.
  • Accountable for training, monitoring productivity, and ensuring adherence to quality and quantity standards.
  • Analyze and manage production costs to ensure profitability in assigned areas.
  • Provide feedback for subordinates' performance evaluations.
  • Conduct limited corrective action counseling and coaching as necessary.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of cost management.
  • Complete special projects as directed.
  • Exhibit sound business judgment, initiative, and creativity.
  • Operate various LMS equipment as required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly reports for client meetings as required.
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities.
  • Show proficiency in the following areas:
    • Fulfillment Services.
    • Mail Operations.
    • Copying and Printing Services.
    • Scanning Services.
    • Reception Duties.
    • Hospitality Services.
    • Courier Operations.
    • Shipping and Receiving.
  • Stay informed about and comply with the Employee Handbook as outlined.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time presence at the customer site is required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A valid Driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, including interpersonal and customer interface abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including motivation and sound judgment.
  • Experience in machine operation and training/development.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Supervise LMS associates as required.
