Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Office Services Lead I is accountable for delivering operational and performance oversight to the LMS workforce at a designated site. This role involves coordinating all site activities to ensure that planned schedules are adhered to. The individual in this position is tasked with providing direction and training while ensuring that quality and productivity align with LMS and Client standards. The employee is expected to operate independently on a daily basis, managing the details necessary to comply with LMS policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and/or coordinate all site-specific job functions.
  • Manage, organize, and coordinate assigned workloads while collaborating with LMS personnel and managing supplies.
  • Accountable for training, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality and quantity standards are met.
  • Analyze and manage all production costs to ensure profitability for the areas of responsibility.
  • Provide feedback for subordinates' performance evaluations.
  • Conduct limited corrective action counseling and coaching.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of costs and cost management.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
  • Exhibit sound business judgment, initiative, and creativity.
  • Operate various LMS equipment as required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and efficient work environment.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly reports for client meetings as necessary.
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities.
  • Show proficiency in the following areas:
    • Fulfillment Services.
    • Mail Management.
    • Copying and Printing Services.
    • Document Scanning.
    • Reception Services.
    • Hospitality Services.
    • Courier Operations.
    • Shipping and Receiving.
  • Understand, stay informed about, and comply with the Employee Handbook as written.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must report to the customer site full-time.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Valid Driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Strong communication skills - written and oral, interpersonal, customer interaction, professionalism, and maturity.
  • Leadership qualities - motivated, sound judgment, and decisiveness.
  • Experience in machine operation, training, and development.
  • Organizational and planning skills - organized, administrative capabilities, and flexibility.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar field or job responsibilities.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Supervise LMS associates.
