Position Overview:

The Office Services Lead I is tasked with delivering operational and performance oversight to the LMS workforce at designated locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all site activities align with scheduled objectives. The individual will provide mentorship and training, ensuring that both quality and productivity meet the standards set by LMS and its clients. The incumbent is expected to operate autonomously on a daily basis, managing the necessary details to comply with LMS policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities are essential for the effective execution of this role, with reasonable accommodations made as needed. Non-essential tasks are assumed to be included in "other related duties as assigned":

  • Oversee and/or coordinate all site-specific job functions.
  • Manage, organize, and allocate assigned workloads while collaborating with LMS personnel and resources.
  • Accountable for training, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality and quantity standards are met.
  • Evaluate and manage all production expenses to ensure profitability in the assigned areas.
  • Provide feedback for subordinates' performance evaluations.
  • Conduct limited corrective action discussions and coaching sessions.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of costs and cost management.
  • Complete special projects as directed.
  • Exhibit sound business judgment, initiative, and creativity.
  • Operate various LMS equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and efficient work environment.
  • Generate and maintain monthly reports for client meetings as required.
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities.
  • Show proficiency in the following areas:
    • Fulfillment Services.
    • Mail Operations.
    • Copying and Printing Services.
    • Scanning Services.
    • Reception Duties.
    • Hospitality Services.
    • Courier Operations.
    • Shipping and Receiving Activities.
  • Responsible for understanding, staying informed about, and adhering to the Employee Handbook as outlined.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time presence at the customer site is required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of performing well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A valid Driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and oral, interpersonal skills, customer interaction, professionalism, and maturity.
  • Leadership qualities - motivated, sound judgment, and decisiveness.
  • Experience in machinery operation, training, and development.
  • Organizational and planning skills - organized, administrative capabilities, and flexibility.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in similar roles or responsibilities.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Supervise LMS associates.
