Administrative Support Opportunity

Moriarity & Associates, a reputable CPA firm, seeks a skilled and experienced administrator to provide key support to our team. This part-time role requires a flexible individual who can work independently and efficiently manage daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to our team
  • Managing office operations and ensuring a productive work environment
  • Utilizing computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel, to perform tasks
  • Developing and implementing effective time management and organizational skills
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer software
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment:

This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work in our office 2-3 days per week.

Compensation:

$30.00 per hour
