Office Administrator

Moriarity & Associates, a reputable CPA firm, seeks a skilled and experienced administrator to provide key support to our team. This part-time role requires a flexible individual who can work independently and efficiently manage daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to our team
- Managing office operations and ensuring a productive work environment
- Utilizing computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel, to perform tasks
- Developing and implementing effective time management and organizational skills
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment:
This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work in our office 2-3 days per week.
Compensation:
$30.00 per hour
