Job Overview

The Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position requires a highly organized and resourceful individual who can provide administrative support to our Platform Executives and Human Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office tasks, including greeting visitors, managing vendors, and ordering supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to Platform Executives, including expense reconciliation, travel arrangements, and calendar management.
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation, including scheduling, orientation packets, and coordinating activities with other team members.
  • Manage security badges and office access.
  • Receive, sort, and send outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Working Conditions

This position is based in a typical office environment.

Physical Requirements

The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
