About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing daily operations, and supporting our financial advisors in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring clients feel understood and informed
  • Manage daily branch operations, including scheduling, client communication, and administrative tasks
  • Support financial advisors in developing strategies for client relationships and business growth
  • Participate in marketing activities, such as planning and executing events
