Job Opportunity

Wylander, a leading recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join their team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating new prospects and clients, providing exceptional customer experiences, and building relationships with organizations to help them achieve their next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sales routes to generate new sales revenue
  • Perform sales calls to schedule meetings with target referral prospects
  • Gain commitment from customers to refer those in need of restoration services
  • Maintain a professional and positive disposition as a representative of the company in the community
  • Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and regular client meetings, trade shows, and networking events

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in a business development role, preferably outside sales
  • Industry knowledge or the ability to seek knowledge if new to the industry
  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, confident, and organized
