Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Experis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in the industrial supplies and MRO sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients in the industrial supplies and MRO sectors.
  • Support the growth of business opportunities, with a primary focus on New York City Agencies and other institutional clients.
  • Conduct prospecting activities to generate new leads and business opportunities in the MRO market.
  • Prepare and support sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay informed on MRO market trends.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial supplies, MRO products, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, solution-driven sales environment.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude toward business development.
