Dialysis Program Coordinator

DaVita is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Program Coordinator to join our team at Virtua Our Lady Lourdes Camden Hospital and Virtua Willingboro Hospital. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering nephrology care through hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to oversee patient care, providing lifesaving interventions during regularly scheduled shifts and on-call periods. No prior dialysis experience is required, but a current RN license in the state of practice and A.D.N from accredited school of nursing are necessary qualifications.
