**Job Description:*

  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing events such as conferences, workshops, and product launches.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, coordinate scheduling, and handle email communications for business appointments.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct market research for projects, potential partners, and event opportunities, presenting findings clearly and concisely.
  • System Management: Develop and maintain organizational systems to streamline both personal and professional tasks.

**Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role supporting busy professionals or families.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in tech tools such as Google Workspace and project management platforms.

**Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
