About the Job

This Specialist Leave of Absence Administration position requires a high level of expertise in federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

As a Leave Coordinator, you will be responsible for administering and tracking LOA programs, educating employees and managers on leave policies, and providing guidance on paycoding and HR system updates.

With a minimum of 1+ year of LOA experience or 2+ years in HR roles, you will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters discreetly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word) and HRIS systems is also necessary for this position. Additionally, experience resolving complex leave issues and conflict management is essential.
