Serving as a patient advocate, you will support, educate, and assist patients and their families. Your role will also involve effective teamwork as a member of the interdisciplinary care team, promoting a culture of respect.
You will be responsible for coordinating care, securing prescriptions and supplies, participating in telephone triage, and scheduling patient appointments for refill requests.
Requirements include a current NJ-RN License, BSN degree, and minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience. A Current American Heart Association BLS Certification is also required.
The estimated salary for this position is around $70,000 per year.
