Job Summary: As a Sr. Analyst, Engineering Planning, you will play a critical role in supporting the coordination and administration of capital planning and asset management functions within the engineering department. Your primary focus will be on water resource projects and activities, including data input/analysis, procurement, capital program spend tracking, and expense spend tracking.

Responsibilities: Key accountabilities include effectively coordinating and administering functional support work processes, inputting and analyzing data for department work processes, preparing variance reports, and assisting in preparation of documents related to the capital investment budget. You will also support procurement of materials and services, prepare and maintain files, records, drawings, reports, maps, charts, budgets, and other data related to engineering and construction projects.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and quantitative and analytical skills. You should have experience in utility operations, engineering, construction, or financial support roles, with an associate's degree in a related field. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
