Job Description

Holtec International is seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure the technical workforce has the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a training curriculum that meets the needs of the technical workforce
  • Deliver courses in various settings, including traditional classroom presentations and virtual classrooms
  • Utilize Holtec's Learning Management System (LMS) to coordinate training schedules and track training needs
  • Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and subject matter experts to develop program content
  • Evaluate course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in training development or related business field
  • Prior training and presentation experience preferred
  • Prior experience in program management preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word, Excel, and similar programs required

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
