**About ZCI General Contracting**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Sales and Customer Relations to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer relations department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and responding to customer inquiries.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals, ensuring a clear understanding of our products and services.

  • Monitor customer accounts, tracking sales activity and ensuring successful project completion.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize customer satisfaction, sharing best practices and expertise.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, providing accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.

  • Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.

**Requirements**

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in customer relations and sales.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

  • Physical ability to lift ladders, walk properties, and perform rooftop inspections (if applicable).

  • Friendly and professional demeanor, with a strong customer service focus.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and methods, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced sales environment.
