The Project Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining project compliance documentation, ensuring that all team members are informed of the latest project updates and documentation, and providing essential administrative support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Administrator:

  • Maintain effective communication with vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with various standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams to verify the accuracy of invoices and statements under the guidance of Project Managers.
  • Attend and document project meetings, following up with relevant departments to provide up-to-date project-related information and requirements.
  • Assist the Project Manager in monitoring, tracking, and securing ongoing subcontractor executions, pay applications, necessary supporting documents, and completion certifications.
  • Support Project Engineers in the timely collection of submittals, closeout, and warranty documentation.
  • Assist the Superintendent in organizing site safety meetings, project discussions, and related events.
  • Scan, upload, organize, and file on-site documentation in Procore and/or Egnyte promptly.
  • Uphold the company's safety culture and policies by addressing all observed safety concerns.
  • Perform administrative duties such as ordering project-related office supplies and providing support to project teams.
  • Engage in development initiatives aimed at enhancing and standardizing project functions within Conger Built.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience as a project coordinator.
  • Required administrative experience.
  • Preferred background in construction or a related field.
  • Proficient in technology and experienced with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.
  • High School diploma is required.
