Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and motivate a team of construction personnel to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and is completed in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential safety risks and hazards on construction sites.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including daily and weekly logs of construction activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent on ground-up construction projects.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods, including experience with project scheduling and cost control.
  • Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead and motivate construction teams, as well as communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Competent in the use of construction management software, including Procore or similar systems.
