The Project Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing project compliance documentation. This position ensures that all project team members are informed of the latest project details and documentation, while also providing essential administrative support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Administrator:

  • Maintain effective communication with vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with various standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams to verify the accuracy of invoices and statements under the guidance of Project Managers.
  • Attend and document project meetings, ensuring follow-up with relevant departments regarding project-related documentation and requirements.
  • Assist the Project Manager in monitoring and tracking subcontractor executions, pay applications, and necessary supporting documentation.
  • Support Project Engineers in the timely collection of submittals, closeout, and warranty documentation.
  • Help the Superintendent coordinate site safety meetings, project meetings, and related events.
  • Organize, scan, upload, and file on-site documentation in Procore and/or Egnyte promptly.
  • Adhere to and promote the company's safety culture and policies regarding observed safety concerns.
  • Perform administrative duties such as ordering project-related office supplies and providing support to project teams.
  • Engage in development activities aimed at improving and standardizing project functions within Conger Built.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience as a project coordinator.
  • Required administrative experience.
  • Preferred background in construction or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • High School diploma is required.
